My sister has come to stay with me for a while, so this past Tuesday she was kind enough to model for all of us. This photo is taken in evening light so it’s a bit darker than life. She has a great angular face, which gave us some nice contrast to work with. I really struggled with the light on her one arm and her eyes seem strange but other than that I think this is a very nice little painting.
